LSL EDOS 3000

LSL - EDOS 3000
Basic Flow Proportional
Chlorine Dosing System

The LSL - EDOS 3000 Basic Flow Proportional Unit is designed with Plug and Play philosophy, and with its modular design the EDOS system can be located at any point thoughout the distribution network.
As with the C-MACS, the EDOS operation has been designed to suit the requirements of the Water Companies throughout the UK and Europe, and integrate with current working practices such as Statutory site visits required at site.

Power Dependent on Site - i.e. 240V mains or 110V mains
Dose Capacity Dependent on distribution requirements - standard spec from 0.1 ppm to 2.00 ppm
Flow Capacity MINIMUM = Dependent on dose pump spec MAXIMUM = Dependent on dose pump spec
Pressure Capacity Up to 20 BAR (Non minimum pressure required)
Control Type FLOW PROPORTIONAL Control (either mA or Pulsed flow signals accepted)
Dimensions Dependent on chemical stock tank size
Application Service Reservoirs , Pump houses, Any secure areas thoughout the Water Distribution Network

LSL C-MACS

LSL C-MACS
Chlorine Management
and Communications System

The C-MACS is a flow proportional dosing system that is modular in design and utilises the functionality of the LSL Flow Computer for comprehensive control of the dosing parameters.  The C-MACS operation has been designed to suit the requirements of the Water Company and integrate with current working practices, such as Statutory site visits required at site.
The C-MACS also has 2- way telemetry communication for remote control and monitoring of equipment at site,  obtained directly from the LSL Flow Computer which has been designed to integrate with Water Companies existing telemetry hardware and protocol i.e. Modbus RTU (South West Water) – Seaprol (Dwr Cymru)
Alternatively GSM communications can be provided for stand-alone sights.

This state of the art, proven technology offered by LSL has been successfully integrated within companies such as Dwr Cymru and South West Water with particular enthusiasm for its unique functionality providing the potential long term cost savings, and site performance accountability. The ACP1 power panel has been designed to offer:
Hand – Off – Auto function for remote dosing pump control
Pump status ID
Pump Failure Alarm out and ID
Power failure Alarm out and ID
High and Low chlorine alarms out and ID
Emergency Stop – Reset and ID
